Job Description

Glean Technologies is building a more connected product organization, and the Product Operations team plays a central role in making that happen. In this hybrid role based in Mountain View, CA, you will help shape the operating backbone for product development while driving cross-functional, data-informed, AI-first practices that translate customer signals into action. You will report to the Head of Product Ops and work to strengthen both execution and team alignment.

What you’ll do

  • Design and maintain the product operating rhythm, including roadmap cadence, launch reviews, and feedback loops.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across R&D, GTM, and PMM.
  • Run product-related programs through to completion with clear outcomes.
  • Close the voice-of-customer loop by turning support tickets, sales calls, and usage signals into prioritized, actionable product insight.
  • Own the written record by documenting decisions clearly and tailoring communication to the appropriate audience, including how the product org operates.

What you bring

  • 5-8+ years in Product Ops, TPM, or PM with strong discovery and analytics skills in B2B or B2B2C environments, including work with enterprise customers.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Systems thinking to scale workflows and processes without adding bureaucracy.
  • Ability to influence without authority, aligning others through usefulness and credibility.
  • Program management rigor, including keeping multiple threads moving and clarity on what “done” means.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and speed, making judgment-based, reversible decisions when information is incomplete.
  • Sharp writing that turns complex decisions into clear, readable documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with AI technologies and a demonstrated interest in applying AI-first thinking to product and operational challenges.
  • Fluency with product analytics such as funnels, retention, and segmentation, plus qualitative research methods.
  • Hands-on experience and technical aptitude to use and consult on Jira for team workflows and portfolio management.
  • SQL or similar data tools for self-serve analytics are strongly preferred.

Tools and technologies

  • Jira, SQL, funnels, retention, segmentation

Compensation and location

  • Location: Mountain View, CA (hybrid)
  • Work schedule: 4 days a week in the Mountain View or San Francisco offices
  • Salary: USD 198,000 - 235,000 per year

  • Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage
  • Generous time-off policy
  • Opportunity to contribute to your 401k plan
  • Home office improvement stipend
  • Annual education and wellness stipends
  • Regular events to foster company culture
  • Healthy lunches daily

AI-first mindset

  • During the interview process, you will complete a brief AI-focused exercise or discussion to explain how you think about, design, and use AI to drive impact in the role.
  • You may reference any tools, platforms, or workflows you use today; prior Glean experience is not required.
