Product Manager, Enterprise Intelligence
Job Description
Glean is building an emerging Enterprise Intelligence product area that turns enterprise context into proactive, high-value insights for leaders and teams. This hybrid role in the San Francisco Bay Area lets you shape a new category by partnering across engineering, design, data, and go-to-market to deliver workflows, dashboards, and intelligence experiences grounded in real customer needs. You will also collaborate with teams who bring an AI-first mindset to how they think, design, and build.
What you’ll do
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Intelligence, translating company vision into specific product bets, experiences, and execution plans informed by customer needs and market signals.
- Spend meaningful time with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to understand high-value enterprise intelligence use cases, especially proactive and contextual insights (not reactive search or chat experiences).
- Build products that turn Glean’s enterprise context layer, graph, and connected system intelligence into actionable workflows, dashboards, recommendations, and proactive experiences.
- Partner deeply with engineering, design, and data to scope ambiguous ideas into well-defined products, including user flows, interaction patterns, quality standards, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive customer-focused prioritization and efficient execution, balancing long-term platform opportunities with urgent user pain points and strategic requests.
- Collaborate with go-to-market, solutions, support, and forward-deployed teams to learn from real enterprise problems and keep strategy aligned with enterprise realities.
- Establish the product foundations for a new category by shaping what Enterprise Intelligence should include across proactive insights, organizational visibility, process understanding, and cross-functional decision support.
- Raise the bar for product craft by specifying how capabilities should work in practice, including concrete workflows, UI behavior, and adoption paths.
What you bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a record of owning and shipping meaningful product areas in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI products, analytics products, or workflow and intelligence platforms.
- Strong product sense for turning complex, ambiguous problems into clear product experiences, comfortable moving between strategy and detailed execution.
- Deep interest in AI and enterprise software, with excitement for combining context, workflows, analytics, and proactive intelligence.
- Technical fluency to partner with engineering and data teams on systems involving structured and unstructured data, knowledge graphs, retrieval, or intelligence layers.
- Granular product thinking, including how users experience workflows, what interaction model fits, and how to sequence capabilities for adoption.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, creating clarity and momentum as the product area emerges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with demonstrated ownership and results.
- Effective collaboration across functions, plus a learning and growth mindset.
- Mission-first orientation, with success measured by product and team outcomes.
- Early adopter experience with building with or adopting AI for product craft, and enthusiasm for helping customers accelerate their AI adoption journey.
