Job Description

The Product Operations Analyst III role at IDR, Inc. focuses on clinical data analytics and healthcare product workflows in Denver, Colorado. The position emphasizes reporting, data modeling, and process automation, including SQL pipeline development and clinical data validation to support reliable self-serve insights.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and validation of reporting and data pipelines for clinical metrics and workflows.
  • Partner with Clinical Product Managers and operational teams to define metric standards and analyze clinical processes.
  • Develop and optimize SQL pipelines and data models to expand and improve self-serve analytics capabilities.
  • Automate reporting workflows to strengthen efficiency and maintain reporting accuracy.
  • Perform quality reviews, conduct root-cause analysis, and validate clinical data anomalies.

Key Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in clinical data analytics, healthcare BI, or product analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills, including extensive experience with cloud data platforms such as Google BigQuery.
  • Solid understanding of clinical workflows, EHR data structures, and clinical quality metrics.
  • Proficiency in Python or ETL scripting.
  • Experience working within enterprise healthcare organizations and familiarity with healthcare BI products.

Compensation and Location

Pay: USD 52-53 per hourly (W2)
