Product Operations II

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the global Uber Pro roadmap, from initial problem framing and vision to solution design and go-to-market strategy.
• Act as the domain expert for Uber’s global business, guiding the engineering and product teams to tackle high-impact, complex challenges.
• Scale earner products and solutions by identifying innovative approaches and preserving rapid launch velocity.
• Advocate for earner pain points, champion user needs, and secure stakeholder buy-in to improve the earner experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in high-impact product or analytical roles, with a track record of scaling products in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
