Product Operations Lead
Job Description
The Product Operations Lead at lululemon in Salt Lake City, UT (onsite) helps execute the store product strategy, oversee inventory and back-of-house operations, lead inventory shifts, act as Supervisor on Duty, and deliver a world-class guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with store leadership to bring the store product strategy to life.
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with SOPs.
- Ensure timely execution of product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
- Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive shift environment.
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and guest product availability.
- Review daily business data and metrics, including sell-through data, to suggest product focus or pricing adjustments for stores or outlets.
- Participate in the hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training recommendations.
- Address team member performance and support learning through direct feedback, in-the-moment recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment by building supportive working relationships.
- When acting as Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to provide technical product education and ensure a world-class guest experience.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, or above.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Schedule & Availability
- Work schedule varies based on store needs.
- Shifts typically include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- During peak periods or special events, some team members may work early mornings or late nights/overnights.

Work Context
- Work may involve moving through the store with bright lighting and loud music at times, or in back-of-house areas with limited natural light.

- For experiential stores with food or beverage service, may involve working with kitchen equipment and exposure to heat.

Compensation & Pay
- Base pay range: $21.50 - $24.74 per hour (minimum wage may apply by location)
- Target bonus: $2.00 per hour
- Total target base pay range: $23.50 - $26.74 per hour
- Compensation philosophy: pay-for-performance; base pay varies by market location and is influenced by knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity; eligibility for bonus and equity offerings subject to program requirements
