Job Description
Product Operations Lead at lululemon in Washington, DC (onsite); hourly pay range $24 - $29; minimum 1 year of experience required.
Responsibilities
- Partner with store leadership to translate the product strategy into actionable store initiatives.
- Lead inventory processing and accuracy efforts, planning and prioritizing activities in line with standard operating procedures.
- Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
- Foster a positive, productive environment to engage the team in inventory management during shifts.
- Monitor stock levels and share insights to support sell-through goals and guest satisfaction.
- Analyze daily performance data, including sell-through trends, and advise leadership on product focus or pricing when relevant.
- Contribute to hiring processes, including candidate selection, onboarding, and training programs.
- Provide direct feedback, recognition, coaching, and hands-on development to team members.
- Promote an inclusive, respectful team culture through supportive relationships across the group.
- When acting as Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to deliver technical product education and uphold a world-class guest experience.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the store is located.
- Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
- Flexible work schedule based on store needs, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Occasional early mornings or late nights/overnights during peak periods or special events.
- Minimum one year of work experience.
- Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, and using business technology to accomplish tasks.
- Experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.

Compensation
- Base pay range: $24.00 - $27.61 per hour, subject to minimum wage in the location.
- Target bonus: $2.00 per hour.
- Total target base pay range: $26.00 - $29.61 per hour.
