Job Description

The Product Operations Lead plays a pivotal role within the store leadership team, directing product operations and inventory management to implement the store product strategy and deliver a superior guest experience.

Position Details

  • Location: Dallas, TX (onsite)
  • Employment type: Contract
  • Salary: USD 22 - 27 per hour
  • Minimum experience: 1 year

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with store leadership to bring the product strategy to life on the floor and in operations.
  • Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure execution of product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
  • Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive atmosphere for the shift.
  • Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support the sell-through strategy and optimal product availability for guests.
  • Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform actions, including analyzing sell-through data to guide product focus or pricing for outlets.
  • Participate in the store hiring process, including recruitment, selection and hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
  • Address team member performance and support ongoing learning and development through direct feedback, in-the-moment recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences.
  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships with team members.
  • When serving as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours, lead from the floor to ensure guests receive technical product education and a world-class guest experience.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
  • Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
  • The work schedule can vary based on store needs
  • Shifts are typically scheduled: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • During peak times, special events, or other circumstances, the schedule may include early mornings or late nights/overnights for some team members

Job Summary

The Product Operations Lead is a member of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. They lead inventory shifts, oversee all back of house product operations, and ensure both the floor and BOH are stocked and well-organized. The role provides input into team member performance evaluations, hiring recommendations, and acts as Supervisor on Duty while leading inventory shifts. On floor shifts, the Product Operations Lead delivers a world-class guest experience through technical product education and engagement.
