Job Description

Nutrafol is hiring a Product Owner, D365 Finance & Operations to run day-to-day BAU operations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O after Phase 1 go-live and guide the product roadmap for Finance and Supply Chain/Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead BAU operations on a day-to-day basis following Phase 1 stabilization.
  • Serve as the primary D365 SME for business-as-usual, partnering with the D365 system administrator to maintain performance, stability, issue triage and resolution, and business continuity.
  • Own D365 product strategy and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and integrated third-party solutions, aligning with Nutrafol operational and financial objectives and Unilever’s broader platform strategy.
  • Plan and lead future implementation phases, including Phase 2 and beyond, by scoping, prioritizing, and rolling out additional D365 modules and functionality across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance) to capture needs and configure D365 to meet or exceed them.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying, prioritizing, and delivering new features and enhancements to optimize the D365 environment and related business processes.
  • Collaborate with Wellbeing Collective D365 teams, including shared communities of practice with peer product owners.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance of Nutrafol’s D365 instance with AFCF and ICF control frameworks to support internal and external audit expectations, including opportunities to automate controls using D365 customizations.
  • Act as the go-to D365 expert for Finance and SC/Ops functions, supporting stakeholders during design, enhancements, change management, and adoption.
  • Oversee change management by developing and delivering communications, training, and documentation for new features and upcoming phases.
  • Manage relationships with third-party delivery partners and support teams, including weekly support ticket reviews for BAU.
  • Define the Evolve budget of CRs with the business and coordinate with development teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst / Technical Product role with strong understanding of end-to-end operational and financial processes, ideally in CPG, Manufacturing, Wholesale, or Retail (DTC and eCommerce experience is a plus).
  • 4+ years of hands-on D365 implementation experience, including configuring, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, especially across Supply Chain/Operations and Finance.
  • Experience supporting a D365 environment in BAU: stabilization, ongoing support operations, partnership with system administrators, and leading post–go-live optimization and multi-phase rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce and direct-to-consumer models alongside more traditional CPG sales functions.
  • Highly collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build relationships and influence partners across global teams and parent-company stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate a strategic vision, define a product roadmap, weigh competing priorities, and make data-driven decisions aligned to organizational goals.
  • Experience leading at least one successful ERP migration (preferably from QuickBooks to D365).
