Responsibilities

  • Lead early-stage problem discovery by defining problem statements, mapping current and future states, and aligning stakeholders on strategic technology, process, or operational solutions before development begins.
  • Contribute to cocreation of Product Vision and Product Strategy linked to Portfolio goals.
  • Apply technical knowledge including A/B testing, product architecture, continuous deployment, and DevOps practices to shape product outcomes.
  • Use data models, analytics, querying languages, and automation/metrics tools to support the products and services owned.
  • Provide regular updates on OKRs, product roadmaps, planned development, releases, and areas requiring leadership attention.
  • Coordinate with other Product team members to manage dependencies and increments of value across squads and external teams.
  • Engage in continuous product discovery to deliver valuable solutions aligned with Product OKRs.
  • Understand budgetary implications and organizational constraints affecting focus areas.
  • Leverage data to define baselines, measure outcomes, share insights, and prioritize backlog items.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, present new technologies and solutions, and identify unmet or underserved needs.
  • Define and maintain a healthy backlog, adhering to organizational standards and communicating backlog items to squads and external partners.
  • Solicit input from product, process, and technology areas and balance time-sensitive improvements with maintaining technical and product health.
  • Collaborate with UX, Technology, Vendors, Risk, Compliance, and Security to drive value.
  • Influence leaders, squads, and peers on product strategy, roadmap items, OKRs, and upcoming releases.
  • Practice agility to discover and deliver value continuously.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 3 years of Product Management or Delivery experience (examples: product analyst, user researcher, product owner) or 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience determining Product Market Fit and defining a Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Familiarity with Agile Product Management tools.
  • Relevant certifications in Product Management or Product Delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of the product domain, including business model, constraints, regulations, and user experiences.
