Retail Supervisor, Product Operations

As a Retail Supervisor, Product Operations, you will role model selling behaviors, lead key processes, and use omni-channel to keep the customer experience smooth.

What you’ll do

• Treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Support customer loyalty by educating customers about Gap loyalty programs.
• Model the brand’s selling behaviors with every customer and help the team provide an exceptional experience.
• Support the sales leader during non-peak hours, keeping the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate with employees to ensure work tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build and share expertise across the product lifecycle.
• Help ensure tasks are completed before or after store operating hours, including opening and/or closing checklists.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.

Location: Brooklyn, NY (onsite)

Pay: USD $17.00 to $20.50 per hour. Employee pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Gap will meet minimum wage or the pay range minimum (whichever is higher) based on city, county, and state requirements.
