Retail Supervisor, Product Operations

In Chesterfield, MO, Gap is seeking a Retail Supervisor, Product Operations to support store leadership through day-to-day execution, strong customer focus, and operational follow-through. This role emphasizes leading by example in selling behaviors, driving productivity, and keeping the store aligned with omni-channel customer experience and compliance standards.

What you’ll do

• Treat all customers and employees with respect while contributing to a positive work environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about Gap’s loyalty programs.
• Role-model Gap brand selling behaviors with every customer interaction to help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Support the store sales leader during non-peak hours, keeping the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate effectively with employees to support the store leadership team and ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Complete work before or after store operating hours, including opening and/or closing checklists.
• Leverage omni-channel methods to create a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance standards are met.
