S4 Product Owner Innovation to Order

Transform product vision into delivered outcomes as an S4 Product Owner in Honeywell’s Corporate Strategic Business Group (CORP SBG). Based in Atlanta, GA (onsite) with opportunities in Atlanta or Charlotte, you will translate the S4 product roadmap into clear, actionable backlog work for your assigned functional area, partnering closely with Agile teams and stakeholders to keep delivery aligned with business value.

What you’ll do

• Own, manage, and prioritize the Team Backlog for your S4 functional area, ensuring user stories, defects, and enablers are defined and ordered by business value.
• Translate the S4 Product Manager’s vision and roadmap into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and team-level deliverables.
• Serve as the primary representative for business stakeholders and end-users, providing day-to-day clarification, guidance, and feedback to the Agile team.
• Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning by supporting feature breakdown, contributing to team-level PI objectives, identifying dependencies, and aligning sprint work to program priorities.
• Collaborate across Product Managers, other Product Owners, Scrum Masters, business process owners, and technical teams to maintain alignment across the Agile Release Train.
• Define and communicate acceptance criteria, validate completed work, and accept user stories to ensure they meet the Definition of Done.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, iteration reviews, and retrospectives to enable continuous delivery of business value.
• Monitor sprint progress, answer requirement questions, help remove blockers, and escalate risks or dependencies as needed.
• Ensure delivered S4 capabilities support process standardization, operational efficiency, and business transformation objectives.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in an Agile delivery environment as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role (minimum 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP S4, and innovation to order processes.
• Experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting Agile team execution.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical and delivery teams.
• Strong collaboration skills across business, IT, and delivery teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field).
