Senior Associate, Product Manager - Fintech Products
Job Description
This on-site Senior Associate Product Manager role in New York, NY focuses on Capital One Travel fintech products, guiding end-to-end customer experience and product strategy in partnership with Hopper to scale fintech offerings. The position offers a salary range of USD 121,300 to 138,400 per year and requires a Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to shape the future of Capital One Travel fintech in partnership with Hopper.
- Work with business and design peers to define the fintech customer experience strategy, optimize in-market products through rapid testing, and contribute to new fintech product development.
- Focus on creating exceptional customer experiences by analyzing feedback, leading usability and observational research with the design team, synthesizing insights, and prioritizing backlog optimizations and new features.
- Strategically prioritize the roadmap to balance building a product customers love with driving growth and value for the expanding business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

- 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
- 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
