Job Description

Havenly is building product surfaces that help people design and buy their spaces with confidence. In this Senior Product Manager role, you will own outcomes end-to-end, partner across teams, and help shape how the company uses AI in daily product work. The role is based on-site in Denver, CO at our headquarters in Cherry Creek.

What you’ll own

You will take responsibility for a product surface from roadmap through execution, aligned to a top-line metric that defines success. You will also make clear calls on what is worth building versus what to skip.

The two product surfaces (you’ll own one):

  • Design Services (interior design experience): Own the journey from a new customer’s style quiz through designer booking and a finished room. This includes The Expert brand serving the interior design trade. You will work across onboarding and designer matching, the Studio 3D design tool, product sourcing and recommendations, and AI design assistance. Key metrics include onboarding completion, quiz-to-booking conversion, design-to-purchase attach rate, and designer productivity.
  • Owned & Operated Ecommerce (discovery to purchase): Own how customers discover, customize, and buy across Havenly brands. This includes product listing and detail pages, customization flows, merchandising, and checkout. Key metrics include conversion rate, average order value, cart completion, and repeat purchase.

How you’ll drive impact

  • Own the roadmap, the top-line metric, and the decisions that drive priority and focus.
  • Partner closely with engineering, supply chain, and marketing, and work with product leadership and executives to align on where time and resources go.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to translate opportunities into clear product work, including trade-offs and releases.
  • Measure outcomes and use results to influence strategy and prioritization.
  • Raise the bar for product practice and mentor other PMs.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on product management experience with B2C and consumer-facing products, including at least one area where you owned the roadmap and a top-line metric end-to-end.
  • Comfort executing against an established playbook, plus the ability to navigate ambiguity by identifying opportunities and defining the highest-likelihood path forward.
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of building credibility and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative inputs.
  • A bias for action on unclear problems by figuring out what’s broken and acting, rather than waiting for direction.
  • Drive to move fast, take real ownership of outcomes, and maintain a high bar for execution.
  • Strong cross-team collaboration with a low-ego, no-drama approach.

Bonus points

  • Experience with e-commerce or retail.
  • Background in design, marketplace, or workflow platforms.
  • Experience with 3D or visual product tools.
  • Experience owning an AI-backed product surface.

Benefits

  • Generous PTO
  • Volunteer days off
  • Health benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid parental leave
  • Free design services
  • Furniture discounts
  • Merchandise/anniversary credits
