Orion180 Insurance Services, LLC offers a hybrid, fast-paced environment in Melbourne, FL where Senior Product Managers build real portfolio ownership with direct visibility to executive leadership. The role combines end-to-end product and pricing accountability with data-driven decision-making, helping drive measurable growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

What you will own

  • Full rate and product lifecycle ownership across assigned states, from strategy through regulatory approval when needed, all the way to market impact
  • Pricing strategy aligned with profitability goals, competitive positioning, and long-term enterprise growth
  • Portfolio performance improvements, driving measurable results in growth, loss ratio, and operational efficiency
  • Product roadmap execution that balances speed, rigor, and business impact
  • Continuous improvement of underwriting outcomes, quoting experience, and policy issuance efficiency

How you will drive results

  • Use data to lead decisions by leveraging internal analytics, competitive insights, and emerging trends
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for your portfolio, influencing enterprise decisions and acting as a trusted voice with leadership
  • Identify strategic opportunities across automation, data optimization, customer insights, and distribution expansion
  • Partner across actuarial, underwriting, claims, data science, and technology to deliver scalable, integrated solutions

Leadership and team development

  • Mentor and elevate the team, helping develop the next generation of product leaders
  • Build alignment across functions without direct authority, translating strategy into actionable work

Required experience and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, actuarial science, insurance, or equivalent experience
  • 8 to 12+ years of P&C insurance experience in product management, pricing, actuarial, or similar roles
  • Deep understanding of ratemaking, regulatory environments, and product lifecycle management
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives end-to-end in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions
  • Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical toolkit
  • Experience mentoring or leading others, with the potential and desire to step into people leadership
  • Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels
  • Experience with data platforms or analytics tools is a plus

Location and work schedule

  • On-site role with a fast-paced and collaborative team culture
  • Must be willing and able to work the regularly assigned work schedule on-site
