- Build business cases and keep initiatives aligned to impact, effort, and risk while maintaining focused, well-communicated roadmaps tied to the core products.
- Define success metrics, guardrails, ROI expectations, and stop conditions before development begins, including the measures needed to evaluate results.
- Lead end-to-end product decisions by clarifying problems, defining scope, validating assumptions with customers, and deciding when to advance, pivot, or stop.
- Engage directly with enterprise clients, senior internal stakeholders, and early adopters to test ideas and refine products.
- Anticipate risks and surface trade-offs early to keep work focused and moving forward.
- Partner with research and design to create user experiences grounded in behavioral science and Gallup’s rigorous research standards.
- Lead cross-functional product launches in partnership with the launch program manager.
- Help elevate product management standards, practices, and capabilities across the team.

- Demonstrated experience sizing opportunities, building business cases, and prioritizing product investments based on business impact, required.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with enterprise clients and senior executives, required.
- Commitment to work on-site at Gallup’s San Francisco office at least three days per week, required.
