Job Description

Amazon.com (Audible) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support one or more creator products, including the Audiobook Creation Exchange (ACX). This role focuses on improving creation, growth, and monetization for global creators through roadmap ownership, KPI measurement, and cross-functional execution.

Role focus

In this position, you will act as a product owner for creator experiences, bringing creators and customers into the center of decision-making. You will support product strategy and delivery across the lifecycle of Creator Products, including end-to-end opportunities spanning creation, growth, and monetization.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for and prioritize Audible’s creators as the authority for creator and customer experience
  • Communicate and write functional requirements, partnering with product marketing, UX, and insight stakeholders
  • Use lean development approaches such as experimentation and rapid prototyping to guide teams toward strategic product decisions
  • Develop and own a product roadmap with a strong focus on KPIs and measurement
  • Frame and lead discussions with business and technical stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, deliver data-driven recommendations, and build consensus before major investment decisions
  • Identify innovation opportunities and balance major ideas with incremental improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Manage dependencies to unblock teams and improve discovery and delivery throughput
  • Proactively communicate product metrics and insights, demonstrating how features support customer and business outcomes
  • Support long-term strategy and roadmap planning for Creator Products, helping define how Audible supports global creators
  • Monitor industry trends and technology advancements to ensure Audible delivers value aligned with creators’ evolving needs

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience maintaining a product roadmap, leading delivery of software products, and working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience applying agile and lean product management processes on high-velocity teams
  • Product experience with creators, rights holders, spoken word technology, or two-sided marketplaces
  • Go-to-market experience with consumer tech products
  • Demonstrated data-driven product leadership
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, autonomously, and cross-functionally

Compensation and location

Location: Newark, NJ (onsite).
Salary: USD 166,300 - 225,000 per year.
