Job Description

HomeServe USA invites a Senior Product Owner to lead AI powered Revenue Intelligence initiatives. This hybrid role is based in Norwalk, CT, with a competitive salary range of USD 157,593 to 210,124 per year. A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of product management experience are required. The position centers on owning the AI product roadmap and translating marketing and revenue challenges into scalable AI solutions that drive campaign ROI and targeting.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision and strategy across discovery, prioritization, solution design, development, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape the product direction
  • Engage stakeholders to gather insights, identify pain points, and ensure the product meets their requirements
  • Lead user research efforts and weave feedback into the development process
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing capabilities that deliver measurable business value
  • Collaborate with Finance to develop funding models and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI
  • Participate in Program Increment planning and solution demonstrations to communicate progress
  • Make strategic decisions on feature prioritization and trade-offs
  • Balance short-term needs with long-term goals to deliver high-value features promptly
  • Develop and refine the product backlog, managing prioritization and cross-team dependencies
  • Review and provide input on user stories and acceptance criteria to reflect the business vision and requirements
  • Own relationships with senior business leaders, understanding their objectives and priorities for the product
  • Support innovation and experimentation initiatives that drive growth and transformation
  • Communicate product value to stakeholders to secure buy-in and support
  • Track key technical and product metrics in real time to inform process improvements and provide feedback
  • Coordinate and resolve dependencies between the product team and other teams
  • Oversee architectural planning to ensure sustainable development aligned with long-term technology objectives
  • Advocate a fit-to-standard approach, limiting system customizations where possible
  • Collaborate with technology teams to define and monitor non-functional requirements that affect performance and user satisfaction
  • Work with IT and security teams to ensure quality and security compliance
  • Manage technical debt and maintain an architectural runway
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and training materials
  • Document process flows and technical specifications and contribute to organizational learning and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of product management or equivalent experience, ideally leading distributed teams in an Agile environment
  • Product Management certifications (SAFe, POPM, CSPO, CPO) preferred
  • Experience in marketing technology, campaign management, or revenue operations environments preferred
  • Familiarity with direct mail, digital marketing, lead scoring, or customer segmentation platforms a plus
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and generative AI for content
  • Experience translating marketing and revenue challenges into AI use cases and defining requirements for data science and engineering teams
  • Understanding of how AI capabilities integrate with marketing platforms, CRMs, and campaign management systems
  • Ability to evaluate AI solution performance and iterate based on model accuracy, campaign lift, and revenue outcomes
  • Strong understanding of SAFe and Lean-Agile principles, with the ability to apply them in a complex, multi-technology environment to drive business agility
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Safe)
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub
  • Understanding of modern technology architectures and practices, including value stream mapping
  • Familiarity with product cost accounting
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-team collaboration skills across geographies
  • Demonstrated leadership in building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing product teams
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Strong presentation and executive-level communication skills
