Senior / Staff Product Manager, Consumer Create (Web)

The Senior or Staff Product Manager for Consumer Create will lead the web music creation experience, translate AI capabilities into intuitive tools for creators, and partner closely with design and engineering to deliver compelling experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the future of music creation on the web by setting the vision and roadmap for how users create, edit, refine, and iterate within Suno’s web experience, building features that help first-time creators become more capable musicians
• Build powerful tools that feel simple by partnering with Design and Engineering to develop increasingly sophisticated creation capabilities while preserving an intuitive user experience and balancing power with accessibility
• Create pathways to deeper creativity by translating AI capabilities into intuitive experiences that boost user confidence, fluency, and control over their music
• Use judgment to navigate complexity, making thoughtful product decisions in a rapidly evolving space and knowing when to introduce new capabilities, simplify, or polish existing experiences
• Use data and intuition together, combining product judgment, user research, and quantitative analysis to understand user needs and inform decisions
• Collaborate across disciplines, working closely with Engineering, Design, User Research, and Product Marketing to deliver cohesive creation experiences that delight users and drive meaningful engagement

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally building consumer web products or creative tools
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality consumer experiences at scale
• Exceptional product judgment and a demonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows
• Deep empathy for users and a strong intuition for how people learn, create, and develop new skills
• Ability to balance short-term user needs with a long-term product vision
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making thoughtful tradeoffs in fast-moving environments
• Clear and effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
• Excited by the intersection of AI, creativity, and consumer technology
• Strong technical foundation, with a background in computer science, engineering, or a related field

This role is based in New York, NY and onsite, and involves leading the web creation experience to help users move from their first song to increasingly expressive work through a tool that feels more like an instrument than software.

The position is well suited for a technically minded Product Manager who has substantial experience building exceptional consumer web products and wants to help shape the next iconic platform for expression. You will bring strong product intuition, user empathy, and a refined sense of taste, prioritizing craft while balancing power and accessibility to help users grow from beginners to more capable creators.
