Job Description

Intuit is a global technology platform company helping customers and communities work through some of their most important financial challenges. At QuickBooks, the mission is personal: building software that supports the entrepreneurs who are the backbone of the economy.

In this role, you will lead product strategy and execution for Borrowing Power and Small Business Health, creating high-engagement customer experiences that improve customer health and borrowing power. This is a greenfield opportunity inside an established platform, with the chance to shape a new experience category for small businesses.

What you’ll work on

  • Learn into the most compelling customer segments to serve, including direct engagement with business owners across different “stripes,” and use research plus quantitative and qualitative data to build the foundation for new product work.
  • Own the strategy and execution for the Borrowing Power and Small Business Health roadmap, spanning designing, launching, and scaling experiences that delight and drive results for multiple customer segments.
  • Define and drive success metrics, including engagement, product attach rate, and measurable improvements in customer health.
  • Set the tempo for speed and experimentation by leveraging AI to accelerate analyses, support rapid prototyping, and enable cross-functional operations.

What you bring

  • 6+ years in Product Management, building delightful, high-engagement consumer-facing products.
  • A track record of high velocity and high quality, shipping incremental improvements while moving toward a generally available product that materially changes how businesses work.
  • Clear thinking across vision, strategy, and execution, including the ability to get into the details and ship strong work.
  • Ability to articulate target customer segments and product solutions, including what you will bring to market, in what order, and why, plus translating research and production metrics into decisions.
  • Strong data instincts: knowing what to measure, where drop-off occurs, and what actions to take. Use AI tools to move faster while keeping judgment and direction your own.
  • Executive-ready communication paired with strong hands-on collaboration across engineers, designers, analysts, and other partners.

Growth path and opportunity

Access to capital can be opaque and stressful, leading many customers to avoid exploring financing options due to fears of rejection, uncertainty around qualifying amounts, or underestimated time to access funds. In the short term, the product focuses on demystifying access to credit and helping customers improve borrowing power and approval odds.

Longer term, there is an opportunity to build an experience like Credit Karma for small businesses: genuinely useful, deeply personalized, and compelling enough that customers return on their own.

Pay and rewards

  • Cash bonus eligibility
  • Equity rewards
  • Benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs

Expected base pay range:

  • SF Bay Area: USD 205,000 - 278,000 per year
  • Mountain View: USD 205,500 - 278,000 per year
  • San Francisco (Howard Street): USD 205,500 - 278,000 per year

Location: Mountain View, CA (onsite)

Technology: AI

Why this role

  • Impact at scale: the product can become a financial compass for millions of small businesses.
  • Build something new: greenfield category inside a platform with tens of millions of customers; the infrastructure is present and the category is still being defined.
  • Culture: high bar, real customer impact, and room to innovate at massive scale.
