This role leads the design and implementation of global fulfillment capabilities, optimizing inventory management, network design, system integration, and operational planning to lower cost to serve for Leo’s worldwide customers. The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 151,200 to 204,600 per year, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, financial security, and career growth.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global supply chain partners to shape launch strategies and optimize network designs aligned with Leo's objectives and regional refurbishment operations in each launch country
- Lead cross functional initiatives to harmonize global returns, inventory placement, and refurbishment strategies, ensuring seamless operations and alignment across business models
- Define and deliver technical system requirements across a portfolio of software systems, leveraging existing tools and launching new software to automate workflows and reporting throughout the supply chain
- Partner with regional teams in business development, operations, finance, and legal to create tailored refurbishment, fulfillment, warehousing, and recycling strategies that reduce Leo cost to serve
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience delivering features and evaluating tradeoffs for a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions about technology decisions and product strategy
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience representing and advocating for diverse customers and stakeholders during executive level prioritization and planning
- Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
