Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global supply chain partners to shape launch strategies and optimize network designs aligned with Leo's objectives and regional refurbishment operations in each launch country
• Lead cross functional initiatives to harmonize global returns, inventory placement, and refurbishment strategies, ensuring seamless operations and alignment across business models
• Define and deliver technical system requirements across a portfolio of software systems, leveraging existing tools and launching new software to automate workflows and reporting throughout the supply chain
• Partner with regional teams in business development, operations, finance, and legal to create tailored refurbishment, fulfillment, warehousing, and recycling strategies that reduce Leo cost to serve

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience delivering features and evaluating tradeoffs for a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions about technology decisions and product strategy
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience representing and advocating for diverse customers and stakeholders during executive level prioritization and planning
• Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
