Technical Product Operations Specialist IV (6296)

itD Tech offers a role built for impact across multiple products, supported by collaboration with a strong internal practice community. This position blends program execution with technical product operations, using data analysis, advanced SQL, dashboarding, and AI-assisted workflows to improve operational efficiency and mitigate program risks. You will work in a remote capacity from Washington, DC, with support from cross-functional stakeholders and ongoing internal networking and learning.

What you’ll do

• Drive program execution across multiple products and platforms, including 0-to-1 initiatives, accelerating delivery, and improving product outcomes through technical and programmatic solutions.
• Use advanced SQL to write and optimize queries with CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations for product analytics and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support real-time decision-making.
• Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive processes, and prototype operational improvements.
• Identify and mitigate program risks by anticipating roadblocks, developing mitigation plans, and driving issues toward resolution using data and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, strengthen execution, and deliver program objectives.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently while maintaining strong organization, documentation, communication, and execution standards.

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technical product operations, or program management.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations.
• Experience using AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analysis, automate tasks, or improve productivity.
• Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, detailed documentation, and automated workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with a high degree of independence.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, using data to identify, anticipate, and resolve problems.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive programs forward with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and technical requirements.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Experience supporting product operations teams, particularly within large technology organizations.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, vibe coding, low-code/no-code prototyping, or AI-generated code.
• Experience with VS Code or similar development environments.
• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure concepts.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams on technical specifications and requirements.
• Background in quality assurance, triage operations, ML/AI validation, or product testing.
• Experience developing and implementing manual or automated test strategies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
