Job Description

Senior Product Operations role within JPMorganChase's Tokenization team, driving the delivery of digital tokenization products and coordinating cross-functional efforts through clear roadmaps, metrics, and stakeholder engagement.

Location: New York, NY onsite • Salary: USD 99,750 - 150,000 per year • Experience: 3+ years

Responsibilities

  • Steer projects from concept to launch by setting objectives, building actionable roadmaps, and aligning product, design, engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as the central point of contact to foster transparent collaboration across cross-functional groups and resolve issues quickly.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and bring tokenization domain expertise to agile teams to promote best practices in development.
  • Simplify complex data and workflows to create intuitive customer experiences; partner with analytics to track key metrics and deliver actionable reports that guide product decisions.
  • Evaluate outcomes against success metrics, collect feedback, and document lessons learned to drive continuous improvement on future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed user stories and process flows, establishing measurable goals and KPIs to monitor impact.
  • Regularly review project status, identify risks or blockers, and adjust plans to keep initiatives on track.
  • Oversee testing, quality assurance, and stakeholder reviews to ensure deliverables meet requirements and are production-ready; conduct pre-release reviews including regression testing.
  • Work with product, analytics, business, design, and engineering teams to define and drive product and design strategies, ensuring requirements are accurately reflected in technical designs, test plans, and scripts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in product management, operations, or program/project management within financial services and digital environments, with a demonstrated track record of delivering impactful solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrated passion for understanding customer needs and translating insights into innovative digital products that enhance user experience and drive business value.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience partnering with analytics teams to track metrics and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, user story creation, process mapping, and quality assurance practices.
  • Proactive in identifying risks, resolving issues, and adapting plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
