Trust & Safety Product Manager - Payments - Vice President

This onsite opportunity in Seattle, WA focuses on Trust & Safety for payments, centering on human and agentic identity. You will define and deliver capabilities to establish, verify, and protect identity across products and customer experiences, partnering closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering to build detection and risk systems and drive end-to-end product delivery and launches.

What you’ll do

• Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers measurable value to customers
• Lead discovery and market research to identify customer needs and translate insights into the product roadmap
• Own, maintain, and evolve a product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap and overall value proposition
• Build and track key product success metrics, including cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

Team collaboration and scope

In this role, you will partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering to design and build detection and risk capabilities. You will also drive the end-to-end product life cycle, ensuring that launches and ongoing improvements align to customer value and measurable safety outcomes.

Compensation: USD 133,000 - 215,000 per year.
