You will help ensure CNS evolves into a durable enterprise capability that scales beyond pilots and point solutions.
What you’ll do
- Establish and own the CNS product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and measurable business outcomes.

- Partner across Distribution, Product, Acquisition, Risk, Service Operations, Customer Experience, corporate functions, Data & AI, Technology, Architecture, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to define how CNS captures signals, generates intelligence, enables decisions, and learns from outcomes.
- Define how signals are interpreted and transformed into decision-ready intelligence.
- Define and evolve an enterprise intelligence layer that turns signals from across the business into actionable intelligence usable consistently across domains and journeys.
- Define and prioritize specialized AI agents, decisioning workflows, feedback loops, and human-in-the-loop processes that observe signals, identify patterns, generate recommendations, orchestrate actions, and improve through continuous learning.
- Own product discovery by understanding stakeholder needs, validating demand, identifying future decisioning opportunities, and shaping future product investments.
- Own accountability for adoption, utilization, value realization, and measurable business outcomes, including methods to measure effectiveness and prioritize enhancements based on impact.
- Establish reusable decisioning patterns, product standards, and operating practices so CNS scales consistently across business domains and enterprise priorities.
- Drive adoption strategies that embed AI-enabled decisioning into day-to-day processes and continuously refine priorities to maximize enterprise value.
- Ensure CNS is built and evolved as a durable capability rather than a disconnected collection of technologies, pilots, or point solutions.
