Job Description

Join Delta as an Analytics Product Manager in Atlanta, GA (onsite), shaping how the business measures and improves digital and international customer experiences. This role helps turn customer experience goals into clear metrics and KPIs across the Fly Delta App, delta.com, and airport kiosks, while partnering with data engineering and global stakeholders to drive insight adoption.

What you’ll do

  • Define what to measure and how to track it across digital platforms, including the Fly Delta App, delta.com, and airport kiosks.
  • Own the measurement strategy for digital and international customer experiences, setting the metrics and KPIs the product team needs.
  • Partner with data engineers to source and deliver the data required for measurement.
  • Guide metrics and KPI needs for the product team, coordinating with data engineering to ensure data availability and delivery.
  • Align internal teams and global partners around a cohesive international strategy.

  • Strong relationship-building skills across Delta’s commercial and IT departments, plus experience working with external vendors.

  • Capability to develop and own technical solutions in collaboration with commercial organizations and IT, from ideation through implementation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of Delta’s organization.
  • Strong analytical and data skills.
  • Must be performing satisfactorily in the current position.
  • At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
