Job Description

Experis is seeking a Digital Product Manager 4 to lead the planning, development, and execution of innovative digital products within a financial services environment. The position is based onsite in Charlotte, NC, and centers on partnering with cross-functional teams to manage backlogs and drive AI and ML initiatives that deliver clear value to clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will steer product strategy, ensure timely delivery, and translate complex requirements into actionable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the end-to-end planning, development, and rollout of digital products aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, UI/UX, and Engineering to ensure cohesive and timely product delivery.
  • Maintain product backlogs, prioritize features, and translate complex requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communication, remove blockers, and keep milestones on schedule and within scope.
  • Analyze market trends and user feedback to continuously enhance offerings, improving user experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management or related roles within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, API development, and data integration processes.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Figma, and Postman for product development and testing.
  • Experience working on AI/ML products, with familiarity in LLMs, prompt engineering, and responsible AI frameworks preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex technical features into user-friendly solutions.
