Digital Product Manager - Provider Data Management

NYU Langone Health is looking for a Digital Product Manager for Provider Data Management to improve the digital experience across its public websites. Reporting to the Director of Digital Products, you will help turn product ideas into shipped capabilities, while also contributing to innovation spanning clinical, research, and education missions.

What you’ll do

• Own day-to-day planning, prioritization, execution, and operational maintenance for full product and experience work across multiple streams.
• Lead one or more product delivery pods, currently including Provider Data Management, Web Services, and Faculty Scheduling, to deliver against product roadmaps (with engineers and QA).
• Build organizational knowledge and develop relationships with business and operational partners.
• Maintain product roadmap and strategy documentation, and support prioritization and product decision-making with stakeholders and development teams.
• Conduct technology and product assessments to support competitive analysis.
• Establish and measure product success criteria and metrics.
• Develop solutions in collaboration with cross-functional partners across the organization, including Operations, Marketing, Communications, Clinical, Analytics, Security, and UX/Design, as well as across IT product areas.
• May supervise others, including contractors.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience working as part of a digital product team.
• Experience working on an agile product development team.
• Experience facilitating the digital product development lifecycle, including product vision, feature prioritization, documenting and driving requirements, and product testing, launch, analytics, and maintenance.
• Advanced analytical and strategic thinking capabilities applied in practice.
• Ability to apply judgment within defined parameters.
• Experience integrating user and stakeholder feedback to shape products and features.

Location and pay

New York, NY (onsite). Salary range: USD 101,493 - 132,336 per year.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with New York State salary transparency requirements. The salary range for the role is $101,493.51 - $132,336.05 annually. Actual salaries depend on factors including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
