Director, Financial Product Operations

LyvWell Apartments builds a financial product ecosystem that supports multifamily and single-family housing. In this onsite role in Cleveland, the Director, Financial Product Operations will lead strategy, optimization, and operational execution for platform transformation, roadmap delivery, and governance across business and technology stakeholders. What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end financial platform transformation while maintaining business continuity, controls, data integrity, and compliance.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to define transformation strategy, platform roadmap, requirements, priorities, and an execution plan.
• Drive platform modernization and process simplification by leading cross-functional teams, managing risks and dependencies, and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, automation, scalability, and data visibility.
• Lead financial product strategy across the multifamily and single-family housing ecosystems, aligning product priorities and roadmaps with business objectives and growth strategies.
• Work with senior leadership to identify opportunities to optimize existing financial products and develop new capabilities that deliver measurable business and customer value.
• Act as a strategic advisor on financial product performance, market opportunities, operating models, and emerging C34.
• Lead the financial product roadmap and continuous optimization of financial products and supporting processes to improve scalability, efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Establish scalable operating models, processes, controls, and performance metrics to support growth and increasing ecosystem complexity.
• Identify financial operational inefficiencies and drive initiatives for simplification, standardization, and process improvement with measurable results.
• Set governance frameworks and operating disciplines that ensure financial products and processes manage risk, regulatory requirements, financial controls, and business objectives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and reporting to provide leadership clear visibility into product performance, operational health, and strategic initiatives.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, then drive cross-functional solutions to improve financial product performance, resilience, and long-term scalability.

Requirements

• Undergraduate (Bachelor) degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5-7 years of Yardi Systems Administration / Super User experience.
• 3-4 years of experience in Platform Transformation & Implementation.
• 3-4 years of experience in Financial Product Support / Product Ownership.
• 3-4 years of experience in Multifamily and/or Single-Family Housing industry.
• 5-7 years of relative work experience may offset the minimum educational requirements.

Location and schedule

Cleveland, OH (onsite): 4 days in office / 1 day remote. This on-site arrangement is required.

LyvWell also lists an alternative Charleston office option: 5 days in office.

Compensation

Salary range: USD 133,100 - 186,375 per year. Commensurate with experience.
