Job Description

Based onsite in Jersey City, NJ, this senior role at JPMorganChase leads embedded payments product management with a focus on understanding customer needs, guiding the end-to-end product lifecycle, and collaborating across functions to scale embedded payments offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Define a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to drive client success, including feature adoption, client growth, and issue resolution.
  • Own the process for capturing and circulating client documentation, publish meeting notes, track next steps, and resolve issues.
  • Support planning and delivery of the strategic product roadmap through cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Assess the needs of diverse user personas, map their journeys, and define use cases.
  • Coordinate with embedded payments feature development teams to ensure clear requirements.
  • Foster working relationships with stakeholders across functions such as Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology.
  • Maintain internal and client-facing documentation.
  • Provide production support for clients, including troubleshooting issues, managing defects, and handling escalations.
  • Support ongoing sales and marketing efforts as a product consultant and subject matter expert on embedded payments.
  • Assist in implementing client programs, including configurations and setups.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in product management or a related domain.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Relevant product management experience, including payments product management experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology.
  • Experience documenting requirements and use cases.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, technology, operations, service, risk, compliance, and legal teams, with strong influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution.
