Product Design Lead (Strategy & UI Design)

Lead product design strategy and UI execution for AI-enabled, human-centered experiences that help users make progress toward their health goals.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of AI-enabled customer experiences, emphasizing intuitive and supportive interaction patterns
• Partner with research, engineering, and product management to address complex digital challenges
• Build and maintain design frameworks, pattern libraries, and collaboration tools to support consistency across projects
• Mentor and guide other designers to strengthen a culture of creativity and high-quality delivery
• Convert strategic insights into user-centered design solutions that are both innovative and practical

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in visual, interaction, or product design strategy, supported by a strong portfolio
• Expertise in agentic experiences and integrating AI into digital journeys
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively
• Proficiency with Miro, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating prototypes and storyboards to quickly communicate design concepts
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and code-based design systems
• Ability to move from low fidelity to high fidelity across the design process
