Product Design Manager Warehouse Control System

Leading the Warehouse Control System product design within SHEIN's Industrial Engineering Team, this role defines roadmaps, partners with engineering, and drives automation and process improvements across the US Fulfillment Network.

Responsibilities

• Perform market analysis and collect user insights to shape feature definitions.
• Align technical specifications with business objectives and operational needs.
• Create and rank product roadmaps based on market trends, user feedback, and operational requirements.
• Draft detailed product specifications and partner with engineering to deliver reliable solutions.
• Work with local operations to gather insights and run usability tests informing improvements.
• Track product metrics and apply data-driven changes to enhance UX and operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to drive ideation and innovation.
• Serve as the liaison between the development team and local operations for smooth deployment.
• Manage defined portions of the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration.
• Advise on integrating new technologies, including automation and AI, into current products.
• Deliver training and provide support to operations for effective adoption of the product.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical product management within the fulfillment and warehouse industry.
• Solid understanding of fulfillment technology and warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration effectively.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• High sense of ownership and accountability for product success and team performance.
