Product Manager
Job Description
The Product Manager will shape and grow Univision Communications Inc's advanced advertising products across digital platforms, collaborating with Local Ad Sales teams, agencies, and advertisers. This onsite role is based in New York, NY and reports to the VP of Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and evolve a portfolio of advanced advertising products across TelevisaUnivision's digital properties, including ViX 360.
- Collaborate with client-facing and sales teams to define advertising technology strategies and translate them into concrete product implementations.
- Act as the subject matter expert for owned products and provide ongoing support to local sales teams activating client campaigns.
- Gather feedback from internal stakeholders, sales teams, and clients to identify product opportunities and market needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear product documentation, including user stories, workflows, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage relationships with advertising technology vendors and product partners.
- Lead product feature development from concept through launch, including QA and UAT testing and release coordination.
- Work with Product Marketing to maintain accurate product positioning, sales enablement materials, and operational documentation.
- Prioritize and maintain the advanced advertising product roadmap in alignment with strategic business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and data teams to deliver scalable advertising solutions.
Requirements
Minimum experience: 2 years.
- 3+ years of professional experience in related roles.
- 2+ years of experience in media, streaming, digital video, or advertising product management.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, publishers, and advertising agencies.
- Experience working with advertising technology platforms such as ad servers, CTV solutions, and ad stitching technologies.
- Familiarity with video streaming technologies and digital media environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience managing multiple external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfortable participating in technical discussions and translating complex concepts into clear business solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
