Product Manager
Job Description
Oula is hiring a technically-minded Product Manager to own and evolve its core clinical technology stack, from EHR configuration and Athena/Epic integration to launch operations and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of the EHR, patient portal, and care management platform
- Drive Athena and Epic configuration end to end, including clinical templates, order sets, lab configurations, payer connectivity, and access management for clinical and operations staff
- Serve as internal and external subject matter expert to lead EHR integration, including FHIR/HL7 data exchange and coordination with health system IT for committed go-live timelines
- Own and accelerate Epic integration timelines as additional health system partners onboard
- Maintain configuration integrity during new market launches and as care model workflows evolve
- Partner with the IT team on infrastructure; own the clinical systems layer they do not touch
- Own bug intake and prioritization from Market Operations, standardizing how Engineering receives, scopes, resolves issues, and communicates status back to the field
- Build structured launch toolkits and training materials so clinic teams are ready for new feature rollouts on day one
- Coordinate end-to-end launches across Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation to reduce manual administrative burden in product operations workflows
- Build and maintain a clinical systems SOP library to make new market setup repeatable and executable by a new hire
- Develop onboarding materials for clinic managers and clinical staff on EHR workflows and tooling
- Drive feature parity across markets so patients and clinicians experience a consistent standard of care
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking feature adoption, issue resolution, and rollout health across clinics
- Develop quarterly reporting for Product, leadership, and health system partners on platform performance
- Ensure the data infrastructure is in place to measure the impact of every feature rollout
- Milestones: in first 90 days, audit current Athena configuration, identify gaps, and create a remediation plan; at six months, deliver a repeatable systems and product checklist for new market launches; at one year, maintain a comprehensive SOP library, stable and documented clinical systems configuration, and successfully navigate at least one new health system EHR environment
Requirements
- 3+ years with product operations, technical program management, or PM-adjacent work, ideally at a growth-stage digital health or services company
- Strong problem-solving instincts and curiosity to understand systems and improve how they work
- Comfort with ambiguity and an action-oriented approach to create the playbook
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive aggressive timelines, ideally with client-facing or health system-facing experience
- Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences, including hands-on EHR configuration and integration experience strongly preferred
