Product Manager
Job Description
Synkwise is hiring a Senior Product Manager (Product) for a full-time hybrid role in Camas, WA.
Responsibilities
- Lead product initiatives end-to-end: early discovery through design, development, testing, and release
- Keep Jira fully functioning and moving
- Translate complex customer and business problems into clear epics, workflows, and actionable requirements
- Center real-world customer needs in product decisions
- Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, consistent, and scalable product experiences
- Identify unclear requirements, unnecessary complexity, and potential usability issues before development
- Drive structure and momentum across backlog refinement, sprint planning, product reviews, and retrospectives
- Collect insights from customers and cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Sales, Clinical, Compliance, and Engineering
- Evaluate opportunities using customer impact, feasibility, and long-term strategic value
- Create practical SOPs and product documentation people can understand and use
- Write clear, customer-friendly release notes explaining what changed and why it matters
Requirements
- 2+ years experience leading SaaS products from discovery through release
- Strong product judgment to uncover the real problem behind a request
- Ability to turn complex ideas into clear requirements and practical solutions
- Technical fluency and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and QA
- Strong eye for intuitive workflows, thoughtful design, and excellent user experiences
- Experience managing product backlogs and working in an Agile environment
- Clear communication and confidence working across teams
- High ownership, curiosity, and adaptability

What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience with complex B2B SaaS platforms involving multiple workflows, roles, and user types
- Experience building products for frontline teams in fast-moving operational environments
- Background in regulated or mission-critical software where accuracy and reliability matter
- Experience simplifying complicated processes through strong product and UX decisions
- Experience with product analytics, customer insights, and feature-adoption measurement
- Experience shipping AI-powered features or workflow automation
- Exposure to integrations, APIs, permissions, and data-heavy products
- Comfort with Figma, prototyping, or close collaboration with product designers

Compensation
- Competitive salary based on experience
- $95,000 to $125,000 per year
