Senior Product Manager
Job Description

This role focuses on the end-to-end visitor journey, including visitor conversations and the messenger surface, with clear product ownership from roadmap to measurement. What you’ll do
- Own and evolve Piper on the website, leading the full visitor experience across the website.
- Turn ambiguity into a roadmap by partnering with customers and stakeholders to surface opportunities, facilitate debate, build consensus, and translate emerging ideas into requirements, priorities, and launch plans.
- Collaborate across teams with design, engineering, AI, marketing, sales, and customer teams to build, launch, and mature high-quality products.
- Define and monitor success by establishing a north star and supporting metrics for response quality, i18n/localization behavior, latency, website performance impact, and visitor experience quality.
- Use AI across the product lifecycle, from synthesizing customer feedback at scale and generating lightweight specs to rapid prototyping and validation with engineering and design.
What you bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership of a product area in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong technical and product literacy, with the ability to partner closely with engineering and design, engage in technical tradeoffs, and translate ideas into clear requirements and roadmaps.
- Excellent cross-functional communication, including the ability to facilitate debate, drive consensus, and represent the product area clearly to executives, stakeholders, engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer teams, and customers.
- AI fluency, actively using AI in PM workflows such as customer insight synthesis, spec generation, prototyping, and backlog prioritization, and articulating the outcomes it drives.
