Product Manager 3

This is an individual contributor Product Management role focused on advancing semiconductor inspection solutions for Advanced Packaging and Front-End Wafer Processing. Based in Wilmington, MA with onsite work, the role supports product strategy, roadmap delivery, and lifecycle management across product requirements, customer engagement, and cross-functional alignment.

What you’ll do

• Support development and execution of product roadmaps aligned to customer requirements, technology trends, and business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer assessments to identify differentiation and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop business cases, product requirements, and specifications for new products, features, and enhancements.
• Monitor industry trends, customer adoption, and competitive developments to shape roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Leadership to refine long-term product strategy.
• Partner with customers, sales teams, and technical account managers to gather requirements and understand emerging market needs.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and development priorities.
• Support customer evaluations, proof-of-concept activities, and issue resolution.
• Serve as a product subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with engineering and program management teams throughout the product development lifecycle, including authoring and maintaining PRDs, feature specifications, and roadmap documentation.
• Prioritize requirements based on customer value, market opportunity, and business impact, including support for NPI and major releases.
• Track development progress and help resolve cross-functional issues affecting schedule or product objectives, including participation in stage-gate reviews.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Sales, Service, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment on product priorities.
• Communicate roadmap updates, product performance, and market feedback to stakeholders; support launch planning, training, and adoption activities.
• Analyze field performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to drive continuous product improvements and support evaluation of emerging technologies and future concepts.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, inspection, metrology, process control, or related industries.
• 3+ years of Product Management, Program Management, Product Marketing, or related experience.
• Experience supporting product roadmaps, product requirements, and product lifecycle activities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong technical aptitude to engage in engineering and process-level discussions.
• Experience developing product requirements and business justifications for product enhancements.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Travel and compliance

• Travel: Ability to travel internationally to customer sites at least 25% of the time, with additional travel as business needs require.
• Export compliance: For certain positions requiring access to technical data, U.S. export licensing review may be necessary for applicants who are not U.S. Citizens, Permanent Residents, or other protected persons under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Base salary range: $96,800.00 - $145,200.00 (offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications).
