Product Manager, CRM
Job Description
UBS is hiring a Product Manager, CRM to execute a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM strategy for US Wealth Management and drive delivery, prioritization, and adoption in an agile team.
Responsibilities
- Execute against the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM product strategy in partnership with business and leadership
- Create stakeholder buy-in for the CRM vision and roadmap
- Translate the strategic roadmap into a delivery schedule with tangible requirements and clear success criteria
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and mitigate risks to the delivery schedule
- Adapt approaches based on changing program needs where applicable
- Drive prioritization and execution of CRM product features and key initiatives within the CRM and broader Service Enablement portfolio
- Formulate and be accountable for OKRs for CRM aligned to business goals and designed to drive user outcomes
- Lead teams and influence partners within an innovative, rapidly evolving agile organizational structure
- Manage key vendor relationships and monitor industry trends to support a leading CRM offering for support teams and home office personnel
- Provide support and home office teams with the digital tools needed to service clients and grow the business
- Lead a group of subject matter experts delivering a highly competitive CRM platform for US Wealth Management users
- Drive CRM delivery, awareness, and adoption; engage with users to collect feedback for future enhancements
- Partner across the organization to lead planning, development, rollout, communications, training, and other critical success factors for the CRM platform
Requirements
- Proven experience as a project manager and/or other applicable leadership positions
- Ideally 3+ years experience working with CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus)
- Ideally 5+ years financial services industry experience
- Excellent knowledge of the US wealth management competitive landscape
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills across all levels of the organization
- Experience directly leading and developing a team of experienced professionals
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on delivery approach
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and communicate recommendations to executive management
- Team-oriented, enthusiastic, positive, polished, poised, and professional
- Strong technology aptitude; comfortable learning, using, and teaching technical concepts
- Self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy in setting priorities and managing deadlines
- Curious and interested in new digital capabilities delivered within and beyond financial services

- Collaborative partner and respected manager who knows how to get things done

- Work as part of the CRM Crew in the Microsoft Dynamics D365 Service Pod at UBS Wealth Management headquarters in Weehawken, NJ
- Mission: provide support and home office teams with the digital tools needed to strategically service clients and grow the business
- Role includes leading a group of subject matter experts for the CRM platform serving US Wealth Management users
- Responsibilities include driving delivery, awareness, and adoption, plus gathering user feedback to prioritize future enhancements
- Coordinate planning, development, rollout, communications, training, and other key factors for CRM success

Salary
- Indicative gross base salary range: USD 90,000 - 120,000 per year
- Expected salary determined by role-required experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level
