Product Manager - Integrations
Job Description
This remote role at WEX FSM, part of WEX Inc, leads the strategy and execution of integrations products, coordinating cross-functional teams and translating customer needs into impactful product development.
Responsibilities
- Set and communicate the strategic direction for integration products, including go-to-market approaches, roadmaps, market fit analysis, and competitive positioning.
- Direct cross-functional collaboration with user experience designers, engineers, DevOps, and QA to define and prioritize requirements, coordinate testing, and drive feature delivery while applying Agile practices to streamline development and releases.
- Own large transformational programs, guiding complex initiatives and contributing to traditional software development lifecycles.
- Develop comprehensive internal training materials to ensure Payzer team members, including customer support, can effectively assist users.
- Engage closely with customers to uncover core problems, acting as the voice of the customer and partnering with teams to advocate for customer needs in design and development.
- Present product strategies, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership to align with organizational objectives and secure sponsorship.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior Product Managers and Business Analysts to foster professional growth within the team.
Requirements
- Ability to interpret customer feedback and translate it into actionable problem-solving approaches.
- A proven track record of designing user-friendly software that enhances the customer experience.
- Skill in documenting software requirements and creating support documentation to assist customer support teams.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence to manage projects and enable collaboration.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Strong technical fluency with credible conversations about API design and architecture.
- Demonstrated success in building external, partner-facing integrations.
- Accounting experience is a plus.
- SaaS experience is preferred.
- Customer-centric mindset and a deep commitment to understanding user needs.
- Collaborative team player who works effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for clear information sharing.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality product outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort addressing software issue reports.

Compensation and Location
Location: Remote. Compensation ranges from USD 125,300 to 154,100 per year.
