Job Description
AIApply seeks a Product Manager / Product Operations lead to own product areas end-to-end and establish the operating system around product processes, including research cadence, roadmap hygiene, launch procedures, analytics and feedback loops.
Responsibilities
- Own product areas end to end, from discovery through delivery, launch and post-launch iteration.
- Lead ongoing user research, including interviews, surveys and session reviews, translating insights into a prioritized backlog.
- Define and maintain product metrics, dashboards and experiment reports to inform decisions with data.
- Create product operations routines such as roadmap rituals, release notes, launch checklists, feedback triage and documentation.
- Collaborate daily with engineering and design; maintain scope discipline and explicit trade-offs.
- Coordinate go-to-market efforts with marketing and support to ensure launches reach users effectively.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management or product operations
- Evidence of shipping features that moved a metric
- Comfort working directly with data
- Strong written communication
