Responsibilities

  • Deliver listening posts across key employee platforms and using Qualtrics.
  • Upgrade fragmented survey creation with governed, reusable patterns and self-serve tools that allow team autonomy while unlocking cross-functional analysis, prioritization, and action.
  • Develop a collaborative employee listening community that drives product adoption and builds meaningful connections between teams performing similar listening and analysis.
  • Own the product roadmap for agentic survey building, distribution, summarization, and actioning as the primary adoption driver.
  • Define and deliver a proof of concept.
  • Gain consensus across key leaders.
  • Manage vendor delivery commitments.
  • Define key employee journeys and a repeatable model for combining signals from key platforms into cohesive analytics.
  • Define data governance standards to ensure reliability of end-to-end data flows.
  • Collaborate with research, data science, and engineering teams on a shared model to expand feedback analysis across employee products, services, and agents.
  • Define the functions and ownership of closing the insight-to-action loop and ensure VoE findings trigger owned, trackable action.
  • Hold vendors accountable for delivering capability improvements within committed timelines.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including at least one internal platform or enterprise tooling launch in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to adopt internal solutions through influence, not authority. Excellent outreach and executive presentation skills. Ability to translate technical concepts to business-level customers; strong focus on value delivery. Content development experience is a plus.
  • Experience with VoE, VoC, or CX feedback programs and a solid understanding of insight-to-action systems.
  • Familiarity with Qualtrics, Databricks, and ServiceNow / MoveWorks is a strong plus. Experience managing enterprise vendor relationships is required.
  • AI product fluency with experience shipping or shaping agentic or AI-assisted capabilities, plus the ability to critically evaluate AI capabilities against real product outcomes and influence vendors to deliver enhancements.
  • Data architecture fluency with data warehousing platforms such as Databricks and experience defining governance for end-to-end data flows.
  • Knowledge management, taxonomy, and ontology fluency to support conversational and operational agentic models.
