Responsibilities
- Collaborate with store leadership to implement the product strategy on the floor
- Plan, prioritize, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities following SOPs
- Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing
- Engage team members in inventory management by fostering a fun and productive shift climate
- Monitor product levels and share findings to support sell-through and product availability
- Review daily business data and metrics to inform actions, including sell-through analysis and pricing guidance for outlets
- Participate in the store hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training
- Address team member performance with direct feedback, coaching, and hands-on development
- Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment through supportive relationships
- As Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to ensure guests receive technical product education and a world-class experience during open hours
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
- Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
Experience
- 1 year of work experience
- Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology
- Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others
Nice to have
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, or higher
- Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations; ability to review and interpret business reports and metrics to inform action
- For experiential stores with food or beverage service: Food safety and or liquor service certification
Work context
Work involves moving through the store, sometimes in front of house with bright lights and loud music, and other times in back-of-house areas without windows or natural light. The role is team-based but includes independent tasks and the use of technical devices. Occasionally you may move boxes up to 30 pounds or use ladders to access materials. In experiential stores with food or beverage service there may be exposure to kitchen equipment and heat.
Schedule and availability
The schedule varies with store needs and typically includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. During peak times, events or other circumstances, some shifts may involve early mornings or late nights and overnights.
Compensation and benefits package
- Base Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.61/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location
- Target Bonus: $2.00/hour
- Total Target Base Pay Range: $26.00 - $29.61/hour
