Product Operations Lead
Job Description
The onsite Product Operations Lead at Lululemon in Asheville, NC steers store product operations and inventory as part of the store leadership team, translating the product strategy into daily execution and delivering a world-class guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with store leadership to implement the product strategy on the sales floor and in back of house processes.
- Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in alignment with standard operating procedures.
- Ensure execution of product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
- Engage team members in inventory management by fostering a fun and productive shift environment.
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and optimal guest availability.
- Review daily business data and metrics to inform actions, including analysis of product sell-through data to guide product focus or pricing for outlets.
- Participate in the store hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training recommendations.
- Address team member performance and support ongoing learning through direct feedback, recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences.
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by building supportive working relationships.
- As Supervisor on Duty during store hours, lead from the floor to ensure guests receive technical product education and a world-class guest experience.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
- Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to accomplish tasks.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.
Education
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, or above.
Work Environment
- Work involves moving through the store, with variations from bright front-of-house spaces to back-of-house areas without natural light.
- Team-based work, with occasional independent tasks, using computers or other technical devices.
- Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and the use of ladders to reach materials.
- Experiential stores with food or beverage service may involve exposure to heat and use of kitchen equipment.
Schedule and Availability
- Shifts vary based on store needs and typically include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- During peak periods or events, schedules may require early mornings or late nights/overnights for some team members.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Pay Range: USD 21.50 - 24.74 per hour.
- Target Bonus: USD 2.00 per hour.
- Total Target Base Pay Range: USD 23.50 - 26.74 per hour.
- Compensation is market-based and may vary with knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Eligible for bonus programs and potential equity offerings, subject to program requirements.
