Product Operations Specialist
Job Description
This onsite role in Uncasville, CT supports Mohegan Digital, LLC in delivering and maintaining the iGaming platform while coordinating with platform vendors, third parties, and retail sports betting partners to align with leadership vision.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and Director to plan, oversee, and deliver digital gaming initiatives, run product operations, and generate analyses and reports.
- Oversee online casino game management: onboard new titles as they launch, and optimize the placement of game tiles in the app to maximize performance.
- Keep in-app FAQs, knowledge base, policy pages, and promotional content current across products.
- Partner with the Online Marketing team to execute promotions and sweepstakes, including fund distributions and promo code generation.
- Serve as the primary escalation contact for platform providers on issues requiring attention.
- Clearly communicate project expectations and requirements to internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Build and nurture relationships across multiple departments within the company.
- Schedule and assign tasks with the appropriate internal and external personnel.
- Maintain ongoing liaison with project stakeholders and manage daily operations of the iGaming product suite.
- Ensure the game content roadmap and project documents are complete, current, and properly stored.
- Create comprehensive project plans, business cases, and functional requirements documents.
- Continuously track progress and report updates to all stakeholders.
- Configure and maintain iGaming portals to optimize performance, using data to drive decisions.
- Perform regular competitor analysis to maintain marketplace awareness.
- Generate ad hoc business intelligence insights within the digital gaming market.
- Maintain the integrity, performance, and compliance of digital gaming products within regulated territories.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a technical field is required.
- Experience with product and project management software and tools.
- Proficiency in creating and managing Gantt charts and similar planning tools.
- Familiarity with online UI, wireframes, and mockups is preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of online project development and management methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven success in prior roles and ability to perform under pressure in a results-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
