Product Owner
Job Description
Airlines Reporting Corporation is seeking a Product Owner to steer the strategy, evolution, and delivery of ARC's corporate travel technology platforms, Universal Connect and Dash, within the Traverse team. The role partners with engineering, UX, partner integrations, and customers to translate a shared vision into actionable roadmaps and tangible outcomes.

- Salary: USD 107,400 - 160,540 per year

Responsibilities
- Own product execution and roadmap strategy across multiple platforms and workstreams, including APIs, enterprise applications, and partner integrations. Translate vision into actionable roadmaps, epics, user stories, and delivery plans. Lead quarterly planning, prioritization, sequencing, and dependency management, aligning business priorities with customer needs and engineering feasibility.
- Foster cross-functional alignment by partnering with Engineering, Architecture, UX/UI, DevOps, QA, Operations, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality experiences. Influence and guide teams without direct management authority, remove delivery blockers, and maintain momentum across initiatives. Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop deep insight into airline, hotel, enterprise, and traveler workflows. Gather and synthesize customer feedback, operational data, usage patterns, and market trends to inform proactive prioritization and execution. Identify opportunities, gaps, and workflow improvements aligned with the product vision, balancing platform goals with real-world needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture to understand constraints, platform capabilities, APIs, integrations, and dependencies. Translate complex technical concepts into business impact and support scalable design decisions across multiple products and partner ecosystems.
- Represent ARC in discussions with external partners, including airlines, hotels, enterprise customers, and technology providers. Guide implementation strategy and onboarding for strategic customers and integrations. Ensure customer and partner feedback informs roadmap planning and prioritization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 7–10 years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, or related leadership roles
- Experience collaborating with software engineering teams in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, enterprise applications, and platform-based product development
- Proven ability to drive execution across multiple teams and initiatives simultaneously
- Experience balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, evolving environments with ambiguity
- Experience with external enterprise customers or strategic partners preferred
- Airline, travel technology, SaaS platform, or enterprise workflow experience a plus
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and modern cloud-based product ecosystems preferred
