Topflight Apps is seeking a Product Owner to join our fully remote, cross-functional team that builds custom applications for startups and mid-sized businesses in healthcare, fintech, and on-demand services. This role emphasizes guiding feature development with a consultative mindset, prioritizing scalable impact and alignment with business goals while collaborating across time zones.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience in healthcare or medical devices
- A knack for advising teams on how to achieve a feature that scales and supports business goals, rather than simply building the first idea that comes to mind
- Ability to “figure it out” when roadblocks arise
- A team-first mindset with a commitment to radical transparency, thoughtful disagreement, and constructive feedback
- A passion for continuous learning and a dynamic mix of project opportunities
- Accountability for deadlines with proactive discussion of any necessary deadline adjustments

Important to know
Because our team operates globally, you will collaborate with diverse groups and adapt to different time zones. All employees are expected to overlap with colleagues for a minimum window from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM Pacific Time.
Annual salary
In the United States, the base pay range for this role is $77,500 to $93,600 annually. This range reflects typical figures across U.S. locations and depends on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and performance. Your specific offer will be determined during the hiring process, and new hire compensation is negotiable.
