Responsibilities

• Support development and management of the Salesforce CRM capabilities portfolio to enhance business processes.
• Lead project prioritization and gather business requirements with technical teams within an Agile framework.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features and share insights from both business and technology perspectives.
• Coordinate the CRM product lifecycle and assist in shaping the product roadmap.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of Salesforce experience with a proven track record in product management.
• More than 6 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, and business process optimization.
• Experience working with technical and functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
