Lead product ownership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions on a U.S. Federal Government IT PMO team.

Serve as Product Owner across one or more product teams.
Lead requirements elicitation and translate business needs into Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Maintain and prioritize product backlogs in Azure DevOps aligned with leadership priorities.
Partner with Business Owners to define requirements, prioritize work, and validate delivered capabilities.
Guide backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product prioritization activities.
Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for process improvement and modernization.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and support successful product delivery.
Create status reports, dashboards, executive briefings, and other materials that support decision-making.

Active Secret (or higher) Federal or DoD security clearance.
US Citizenship is contractually required.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
4+ years professional experience, including at least 2 years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar Agile product management role.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Experience engaging business stakeholders and facilitating requirements discussions.
Ability to communicate applicable functional and technical subject matter expertise to management and others.

Experience serving as a Product Owner on a Federal Government program.
Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs in Azure DevOps.
Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or other cloud-based software products.
Agile certifications (Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Certified Scrum Master, etc.).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience using them on a Federal program.
Experience building relationships, managing customer expectations, and communicating across all levels of staff and leadership.
Self-motivated with organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple work streams against tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multi-contractor environment.
Comfort navigating complex stakeholder relationships and governance processes.
Strong coordination and liaison skills across business and technical groups.

Salary: USD 113,000 - 188,000 per yearly
