Senior Product Manager
Job Description
This Senior Product Manager role supports the Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities account at US AMR-Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. You will own end-to-end product strategy, technology vision, and delivery roadmap for JLL’s corporate real estate and facilities technology ecosystem, including integrations across facilities management, workplace services systems, and emerging AI/ML capabilities.
Role Overview
Own a technology vision that spans enterprise CMMS platforms, workplace service systems, and integration layers. Lead execution across engineering, operations, and vendor partners to connect facilities management and workplace services into a cohesive ecosystem that reduces manual handoffs and accelerates time-to-resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the technology vision across enterprise CMMS platforms, workplace service systems, and integration layers, coordinating delivery across engineering, operations, and vendor partners.
- Define measures of technology investment success including user adoption, operational efficiency gains, system reliability, and reductions in total cost of ownership; establish goals, reporting, and review mechanisms.
- Design, pilot, and scale systems that link facilities management, workplace services, and enterprise platforms into a self-reinforcing ecosystem that improves handoffs and supports faster resolution.
- Develop ROI analyses, total cost of ownership models, and investment proposals to secure executive approval, identifying where platform or contract interventions transform vendor relationships into high-performing partnerships.
- Remove blockers to adoption by addressing process gaps, vendor constraints, data quality issues, and cross-organizational dependencies, including negotiating requirements onto worldwide platform roadmaps.
- Create 3-year technology strategies, annual operating plans, investment proposals, and business reviews that translate complex technical environments into executive-ready narratives and alignment across organizations.
- Identify opportunities to apply generative AI, machine learning, and analytics to shorten insight-to-impact cycles, including intelligent ticket routing, predictive maintenance, and automated knowledge management.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience in enterprise environments.
- 10+ years blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives focused on process creation, standardization, and improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience owning and driving roadmap strategy, definition, and end-to-end product delivery.
- Demonstrated track record as a product manager or owner managing feature delivery and product tradeoffs.
- Portfolio of authored strategy documents (3-year plans, operating plans, investment proposals) that earned Director- or VP-level approval and organizational commitment.
- Experience communicating complex technical and strategic information to senior leaders and influencing decisions without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience owning technology products in enterprise facilities environments, including CMMS, IWMS, workplace platforms, or equivalent systems.
- Proven capability in business case development and ROI analysis for large-scale technology investments.
- Experience managing competing priorities across complex, matrixed stakeholder environments using data-driven metrics for business decisions.
- Track record working with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to define product requirements and bring enterprise products to market.
- Domain expertise in one or more areas: facilities management operations, corporate real estate technology, workplace services, or enterprise platform integration.
- Hands-on experience applying GenAI, machine learning, or advanced analytics to address operational or product challenges at scale.
- Demonstrated ability troubleshooting complex cross-system issues and designing scalable solutions across enterprise technology stacks.
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
