Senior Product Manager, Frontline Shift Experience
Job Description
Salesforce seeks a Senior Product Manager for Frontline Shift Experience to design and deliver a mobile-first scheduling solution for deskless workers within the Field Service and Operations WFM ecosystem. This onsite role in San Francisco offers a compensation range of USD 172,500 to 285,800 per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead the frontline WFM strategy by shaping and delivering the end-to-end roadmap for the deskless worker interface within the Salesforce WFM ecosystem, prioritizing autonomous shift bidding, peer-to-peer shift trading, open-shift routing, and mobile time capture.
- Collaborate with the Frontline Workforce Management product lead to align on strategy and execution for the broader product suite, ensuring the worker interface inherits backend scheduling guardrails, labor compliance rules, and operational data.
- Integrate an AI Shift Agent into the mobile-first app to help workers resolve scheduling conflicts, perform trades, and optimize hours using natural language interactions.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to deliver an integrated, offline-capable shift lifecycle that replaces fragmented legacy tools.
- Navigate a fast-evolving 0 to 1 product environment, adapting strategy as user behaviors and platform capabilities mature.
- Own delivery by translating complex integrations into clear, executable product requirements and driving tangible outcomes.
- Engage frontline workers in the field to translate real-world insights into strong product judgments and design decisions that address worker burnout.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping successful consumer mobile applications, enterprise collaboration tools, enterprise platform integrations, or conversational UI/UX.
- Deep familiarity with shift-based work dynamics such as bidding, trading, compliance, and time-tracking within Field Service, WFM, retail, logistics, or gig-economy software (examples include UKG, Connecteam, Deputy).
- Proven ability to influence, align, and collaborate across multiple product domains and platform business units without direct reporting authority.
- Strong product judgment balancing complex backend labor rules and enterprise compliance with a simple, intuitive worker interface.
